Mirco Roller and Rubber Company (Mobarakeh Industrial Roller and Rubber Company) is a private joint-stock company. Its research and development unit, with an experienced team and a laboratory equipped with testing devices such as Instron and Santam tensile testers, rheometer, resilience tester, abrasion tester, compression set tester, hardness tester, and having skilled quality control personnel and updated tools and equipment, as well as pilot workshop facilities including a laboratory Banbury mixer, is capable of carrying out numerous projects. The company can provide formulations based on various elastomers such as fluorocarbon (Viton), NR, SI, CSM, PU, EPDM, NBR, CR, etc. for different applications. The formulations are designed for covering various rollers, rubber lining of equipment and tanks, and manufacturing special rubber parts with physical and chemical properties suitable for the operating conditions. The R&D unit has achieved favorable results in designing adhesives used in rubber lining and parts, and has successfully produced and patented a rubber-to-metal bonding adhesive with code MIRCO-ADC3 and a primer with code PO2, which have been used in projects at Razi, Arvand, Arak, Fajr, Bandar Imam, and Zagros petrochemical complexes, as well as Mobarakeh Steel, National Drilling Company, South Pars, etc., and have been approved by the employer. The company also produces cold and hot conveyor belt splicing adhesives; the cold conveyor belt splicing adhesive with code MIRCO-ADC300 is patented, and the hot adhesive and hot splicing cover for steel cord and fabric conveyor belts have been supplied to most Iranian industries such as Mobarakeh Steel Complex, Hormozgan Steel, Gol Gohar Sirjan, shipping ports, etc.
