Kimiazyme is a knowledge-based company founded in 2014 with the aim of producing biotechnology products in the food industry as well as the livestock, poultry, and aquaculture sectors. Backed by twelve years of research and activity in the field of fermentation products and industrial enzymes, the company focuses on yeast-based products. By extracting and studying yeast cell wall components, Kimiazyme works to strengthen animal immune systems and reduce antibiotic use.
