About Khorasan Powder Metallurgy Design and Engineering (طراحی و مهندسی متالورژی پودر خراسان)

Khorasan Metallurgy Powder Company was established in 1992 (1371) and has since been active in producing various metallurgical products. The company has designed and built laboratory vertical gas atomizers, horizontal gas atomization lines for copper and tin powders, industrial vertical gas atomization lines for aluminum powder, and water atomization lines for ferrous and non-ferrous metal powders. It has also installed and launched production lines for flake aluminum powder via dry ball milling, spherical aluminum powder via vacuum gas atomization, and aluminum paste via wet ball milling. Current production capacities include 300 tons per year of copper and its alloys via gas atomization, 500 tons per year via water atomization, 1000 tons per year of aluminum powder via air atomization, 2000 tons per year of spherical aluminum powder via vacuum gas atomization, 500 tons per year of flake aluminum powder via dry ball milling, and 4500 tons per year of alloy steel powders (ferrosilicon 15%, ferrosilicon 45%, etc.) via water and gas atomization.
