About Kavirtire (کویرتایر)

Kavirtire Company is proud to have always placed dynamism and innovation at the core of its strategic policies. Since its establishment, the company has been the source of significant scientific developments in the country's tire industry, including pioneering the technology for producing steel-belted radial tires. Kavirtire is the largest industrial unit in South Khorasan Province, currently producing more than 19% of the country's passenger car tires by weight and over 19.4% by number. The company was founded in late 1987 with an initial capital of one million Rials, and the factory construction began in the second half of 1991 on a 112-hectare site in Birjand, with production starting in October 1998.
