About Gonbad Kavous University (دانشگاه گنبد کاووس)

Gonbad Kavous University is a higher education institution in Iran, established in 1983 as Gonbad Kavous Agricultural College under the University of Mazandaran. It later operated under Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, and in 2008 became an independent higher education complex. In 2011, it was upgraded to a university. Currently, it has 74 fields of study across 5 educational levels and 5 faculties, with over 3,600 students enrolled.

Vision

To become a scientific and technological center in northeastern Iran with the aim of strengthening innovation, regional development, and international academic cooperation.
