About Golsa Residential Towers (گلسا)

Golsa Residential Towers project started in 2013 on a 7,500 square meter land. The project includes 41,000 square meters of gross floor area, 21,300 square meters of net residential area comprising 221 units, and 1,840 square meters of commercial area in 8 shops, with over 300 parking units in three basement floors. The project was initiated and executed by Engineer Hamid Jaber Ansari, and unit handover began in March 2017. The complex is located near Shahid Shiroudi Sports Complex and various sports federations, within 300 meters of the old Artists and Intellectuals Park, with easy access to economic arteries, main markets, government offices, ministries, banks, and insurance centers. It is close to Shahid Modares Highway and Tehran Metro Line 1 stations (Taleghani and Haft-e Tir).
